Visit the official portal at acag.punjab.gov.pk and click on the Registration button. Enter your CNIC number and registered mobile number to create your account. Fill in your personal details, family information, land ownership details and income proof. Upload all required documents including your CNIC front and back, land registry or Fard, possession documents, income proof such as a salary slip or bank statement for the last 6 months, 2 to 4 passport-sized photographs and a signed affidavit declaring no other property ownership. After submitting your form you will receive an acknowledgement number via SMS and email. Keep this number safe for all future follow-ups.
